Q: I would rather walk barefoot on live coals than write memos, or any kind of business correspondence. It takes me forever and I’m never sure the finished product works. Got any tips?

Everything seems to be up in the air. What approach should I take?"
Answer: The short answer to your question? Tell the truth.
The long answer? I don't know.
I mean it. The long answer may literally be, "I don't know."
