What part does passion play in leadership?   I have often wondered what makes people successful. I have studied at length the elements of success. I wanted to know what made people or organizations the best. Being good is not enough. I wanted to know what it is that people and organizations possess that make them the leaders in their chosen endeavors.

I am not interested in getting to the top. I want to do things that make a difference. I don’t want it to be a one time thing or a sometimes thing. I want to make a difference all the time and want to be the best at making a difference. I learned a lot of things in my pursuit of being the best. Here are a few of the lessons I have learned.
