Many managers and team members find it incredibly easy to 'fire off' that email, and by doing so get that item off their to-do list and on to someone else's. Fine, but do you overuse email, especially in situations where email is not the ideal medium?

If only 7 percent of what we say is conveyed through words -- tone and visual cues make up the other 93 percent - how does email fare?
