Excellence 2.0 and Affinity Consulting uses a hosting service to hold all personal information in a secure database behind a firewall. We work with our hosting service to ensure strict safeguards are enforced. Our websites are all maintained on a dedicated server(s), over which we have exclusive control.

When we ask for financial information we will only ask for sufficient information to complete a transaction such as a purchase of a product or service. This information will be passed to our payment processor, or filed on our systems using a security certificate (look for 'https' in the web address on either our site or our payment processor's site).
